Same scam as always, say you bought something YOU DID NOT BUY, so that you complain about it and they get your personal information and then truly scam you.
Your defense:
NEVER CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED!
Call your bank, or in this case, log in to PayPal and look for a transaction, if not, none occurred, THEY LIED!
For me, it was easy, they sent to an email address I don’t use with PayPal, buzz WRONG!
They called me customer, not by my name, buzz WRONG!
Addressed to “undisclosed recipient” and BCC to my address? Really?, buzz WRONG! again!
